It depends on how long it has been since you had the foreclosure.  Anything less than 7 yrs and I doubt anyone will touch you, I&#039;m thinking it may be 10 yrs (like a bankruptcy).

House next door to me is that way, owner bought a new one before letting this one get foreclosed on.  It&#039;s been vacant for nearly 18 months.  No A\C, plumbing problems and one &#039;Lookie-Lou&#039; told me bad water heater.  I can only wonder what is now going on with that family, they have 5 kids all age 12 and under.  With the foreclosure on the family record, it can&#039;t be roses.</description>
